Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Completed Services
All services that have been completed in full are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation of Upcoming Services
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund due to the time and resources already allocated.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Your first reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment will be accommodated at no charge.
- Subsequent reschedules within 24 hours may be subject to a $75 rescheduling fee (equivalent to one billable hour).
- Medical emergencies or circumstances outside of the client’s control (e.g., severe weather, urgent personal matters) will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be exempt from rescheduling fees.
4. Warranty Services
Warranties are non-refundable. Once issued or activated, warranty coverage cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Subscriptions & Maintenance Plans
- Subscription or maintenance plans (monthly, seasonal, annual, etc.) are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
- Cancellations may be made at any time but will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated or partial refunds are offered.
6. Refund Requests & Processing
All eligible refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or written notice) and include:
- Your name
- Scheduled service date
- Reason for the request
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. No-Show & Inaccessible Property Policy
If our team arrives at the job site and is unable to access the service area, the appointment will be treated as a no-show. This includes, but is not limited to:
- A secured or locked gate
- Pets or animals (e.g., dogs) in the yard posing safety risks
- Hazardous or unsafe conditions
- Obstructions, including parked vehicles, equipment, or personal property that prevents access
A $75 no-show fee may be charged unless prior arrangements have been made.
8. Force Majeure
Phoenix Basin Landscaping & Irrigation, LLC is not liable for delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, such as:
- Inclement weather
- Natural disasters
- Equipment failure
- Labor shortages
In such cases, we will reschedule the service at no additional charge.
9. Payment Disputes
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated after services have been rendered, we reserve the right to pursue the full balance owed, including applicable collection or legal fees.
10. Service Documentation
Our team may document before-and-after conditions of the service area with photographs for:
- Quality control
- Insurance
- Dispute resolution purposes
Photos will not be used for marketing without the client’s written consent.
Clients who agree to allow Phoenix Basin Landscaping & Irrigation, LLC to use their property photos for marketing (e.g., website, portfolio, social media) may be eligible for a discount on future services. Please ask our team for details!
11. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or revise this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted to our website and will apply to future services.
12. Account Credits & Expiration
Any approved credit issued to your account will remain valid and can be applied toward any future service with Phoenix Basin Landscaping & Irrigation, LLC.
If a credit is not used within 12 months of issuance, it will remain on your account but is no longer eligible for a cash refund. Credits may not be transferred or redeemed for cash after that period.
